Hotel complex "Duman"

Duman is a modern hotel complex offering its customers convenient and comfortable living environment in combination with a sophisticated entertainment infrastructure for active recreation and various forms of business leisure.

The 18-floor hotel is one of the few high-rise hotels in the city, with its windows offering a magnificent view of the unique architecture of the new cultural and entertainment center of the capital.

The hotel is located in the new center of the capital of Kazakhstan, on the left bank of the Yesil River, 15 kilometers away from the International Airport and 5 kilometers away from the railway station. The location comes with distinct advantages such as being in an immediate vicinity of the Central City Park, the unique Atameken Ethnographic Map, shopping malls such as Keruen City, Khan-Shatyr, Sary-Arka and other attractions.

The hotel has 213 comfortable and cozy rooms of various classes – 166 standard rooms, 2 disabled-friendly rooms, 30 deluxe single rooms, 13 deluxe suite rooms with two bedrooms and 2 Presidential rooms. Each room has high-speed Internet access, satellite TV, international calls service, minibars, individual air conditioning, 24-hour room service and free parking.

All rooms include breakfast and daily access to the fitness center, and room service is also available. As a compliment, guests are offered a regularly replenished tea set.

The hotel has restaurants, bars, conference rooms, bowling center, exhibition hall, billiards, table tennis, and a beauty salon.

Aigerim and Tomiris – hotel’s multifunctional banquet halls – are excellent venues suitable for entertainment events and business events for up to 500 people.

In addition, Duman Hotel offers 4 well-equipped conference rooms, with professional audio and video equipment, and an individual climate control system.

The hotel also has a health club, which includes a doctor’s office with a range of additional services, a gym with professional equipment, large rooms for group programs offering 30 types of various fitness programs, and a spacious swimming pool area.

In autumn 2019, the hotel will celebrate the opening of the club brand Blackhall Bar (BHB), already known to residents and guests of the southern capital of Kazakhstan.
